Merry, Happy, Everything! Join us for a govmates Holiday Celebration!

Matchmaking Events

govmates provides both virtual and in-person matchmaking sessions that are focused on results.

Our matchmaking platform enables government agencies and large primes to connect 1×1 with non-traditional defense contractors in support of small business outreach, market research, sources sought and supplier diversity initiatives. We’ve incorporated elements of human-centered design to build a platform that meets your outreach needs in both a virtual and physical environment.

Valley of Death Combat

Securing the supply chain is an issue of national security. We understand the requirements and challenges faced by non-traditionals. Our resources enable small businesses to work with the government in a safe, compliant manner.

While OTAs don’t have the oversight of the FAR, we want you to grow and scale your company so that you can compete in a FAR-based world. We have access to former DCAA auditors, CPAs, CFOs, Price to Win SMEs, Contracts SMEs, and even HR and Recruiting services. We also have ISO, FedRamp and CMMI support. We have resources that can help you obtain and maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of the industry.

Intellectual Property (IP) rights are critical for innovative technologists. OTA's allow for enhanced IP protection, and we have built a bench of legal experts prepared to support our membership.

We understand that capital is the lifeblood of a business. Our deep knowledge of the financial markets coupled with an unparalleled rolodex of capital providers means our members can always count on access to a multitude of capital sources – from venture capital to off-balance sheet structures to acquisition financing.

As innovators that are building cutting-edge technologies, we appreciate the value our membership can bring to the federal and commercial sectors. We work with the best advisors in the industry who have represented both buy- and sell-side engagements in the Mergers & Acquisitions world.

We understand the needs of growing small businesses. From pursuing new work (proposal support, recruiting), to contract mobilization (human capital, benefits) to resource planning (risk management, SCIF space, and more), we have resources that small businesses need to thrive.
